2. Returns & Refunds

  • UK Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • International Returns: You can return items within 14 days as well, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. Additionally, custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the contact us form or send us a mail at shop@herhairbang.com to initiate a return
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the wig in its original packaging and condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom wigs typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and current demand. We will notify you of an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Custom wigs are made to your specifications, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
